General questions
Thank you for checking our FAQs to see if your answer is in there. If you cannot find the answer to your question, feel free to contact our support team.
You can do so by sending an E-mail to support@meowpinky.com. If it is about an order you made, please be as descriptive as possible and don’t forget include your Order Number.
We are very sorry to hear about the custom fee, however it is beyond our control. This is not a fee imposed nor collected by our company. Unfortunately some governments randomly pick packages they check and decide to charge extra for import.
Sorry for any inconvenience caused, but there is literally nothing we can do about this.
You can only use one discount code per order. Multiple codes are not supported on our website.
We pride ourselves on quality. We also love the fact that you will have a Limited Edition Item. Our items can only be bought in our store and nowhere else! Besides, we work with the best designers in the bizz. We also work with the best sewers in the bizz. Did you know that you cannot break the seams of our items no matter how hard you try?
Other than that; All our items are hand made in North America, Europe or Asia depending on capacity. We print, cut and sew your order by hand. Our items are printed on demand. This means, when your order comes in our creation process starts. Our goods are all design fashion.
Unfortunately – Great quality comes with a price. Therefore we have to price our items like we do to maintain great quality. Yes, it is pricier than normal, but you will receive an item of topnotch quality that will last way longer than any other similar item you will purchase from another store.
Other than that we work with materials that are top of the bill. We do not settle for materials that are not up to par or lose it’s vibrancy when stretching. We only work with fabrics and printing techniques that we have seen ourselves. This is what it makes it a little more pricey, but worth it even more.
Allthough we ship worldwide, We operate from the USA. This does not mean you cannot order if you are not from the USA. The credit card companies / PayPal will simply use your own currency on check out.
Currently, we run all our support digitally. We have an email address, Chat box and Report Centers. Therefore there is no need for us to have a phone number to run support through. Our systems are pretty streamlined and we thrive to answer your questions in a timely matter.
It depends on your country of residence. We have 3 factories in Norht America, Europe and Asia. Where it’s made, depends on what factory is closest to you and which has the capacity to take orders (especially around december our factories are jam packed with orders). This way you can be certain your item is at your doorstep the fastest way possible
Order changing/canceling questions
Kindly keep in mind that we produce on demand. We do not stock items. Once an item is being printed, unfortunately it can not be used for any purpose. However, it’s difficult if the order received is not as our customers want actually. Thus we will support as much as possible for these cases.
As long as your items are not shipped yet, you can still cancel your order, just free or not.

Yes you can, but you have to be swift. Once your order is being printed, unfortunately we cannot change the order for free anymore. Once it is shipped out, we can not cancel it anymore.

For some products, as long as your item is not shipped yet, we can still change this for free in our back end system.
For some others, when we have more than 4000 orders per day to process, we will print the shipping label within 12 hours after your order placing, we can not change the shipping address then.
For all, once the order is shipped out (you will receive tracking info when shipped), it is out of our hands. If that is the case you need to contact the carrier who is delivering your items.

Returns and Exchange questions
- You want a refund/return because you “changed your mind”. We print on demand and therefore we cannot accept returns with that inquiry.
- You do not use the form above to have your return request reviewed and approved by our team, prior to you sending your product back.
- The item(s) have been worn or washed
- The item(s) have been altered in any way
- The item(s) are in any way defective from the original and saleable condition unless the condition is our fault
- The item(s) do not have the original tags on them
- The item(s) have some redundant thread that can be cut/fixed easily.
- The item(s) were discounted 20% or more.
- Our tags are cut, damaged in any way.
- The item(s) are not far different from the description and our product quality information

- Requests for returns, exchanges or refunds must be made within 10 days of receiving your order.
- Please keep the shipping label in case of incidents.
- Do NOT return the order by your own before contacting us via this form below first. Do NOT use the returned address on the shipping label. It’s just for shippers, NOT recipients.
- After receiving your response via the form below, we will review and respond to you via your email address ASAP.
Shipping & Delivery questions
You will be sent an e-mail once your item is printed and sent out for delivery. From there, our tracking kicks in. You will automatically receive an e-mail that your item is coming plus a tracking code for it.
95.99% orders from our store can be tracked via 17track.net/en/ (Correct courier should be chosen)
To ensure the best quality possible, we work with different factories for our items. E.g. Shoes are made in a different factory than leggings, even 3D all over printed shirts are made in different factories. Therefore it’s possible that you will receive 2 packages or more.
However, each package has a unique tracking number. If you didn’t receive all your items but you do not have any other tracking number that shows “in transit”, please report this issue to us via the form in After-ship Center or contact us via support@meowpinky.com (please include your order number and be as descriptive as possible)
PROCESSING:
We process orders on business days which are Monday through Friday, Eastern Standard Times, and exclude holidays observed by the Post Office: New Year’s Day, Presidents’ Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.
Processing Time: 5 – 10 bussiness days* (in regular seasons) or more depends on holiday seasons.
SHIPPING DETAILS:
We have 2 shipping options: Standard Shipping and Advance Shipping
– FREE SHIPPING (For order over $99): We think quality should speak for itself. Therefore we only charge shipping on one-off orders. Basically, this means that for everything you order 99$ USD or above on Meowpinky.com, shipping is on us!
( Free Shipping is regarded as Standard Shipping)
You will be able to track your order at all times until it arrives your doorstep. Please bear in mind that sometime we will not provide you with tracking number. However, you can track your order status through our website.

Most likely we ship worldwide! We ship almost everywhere in the world. To find out if we ship to your country, place an item in your cart, select “View Cart”, and then “Check out!”. In the first checkout step- Shipping Info- select the ‘Country’ pull-down menu. If your country is included in that list, then we ship to you! If your country is not included, you, unfortunately, won’t be able to place an order. In this case, we’d suggest having a friend from another country order for you and forward the shipment to you.
